Customer interaction :Greeting customers, assisting them with product selection, answering questions about items, and providing a positive shopping experience

Resolving billing issues :Addressing customer concerns regarding pricing, discrepancies on receipts, or other billing issues

Inventory management :Checking stock levels, identifying out-of-stock items, and notifying management about inventory needs

- Required skills : Attention to detail : Ensuring accurate data entry and proper handling of transactions

Technical proficiency : Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills

Customer service skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively
