Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
- Introduce and explain Arthi Architect’s architectural and interior design services.
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits and consultations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule appointments for architects/design consultants.
- Handle basic customer inquiries professionally.




- Achieve weekly and monthly calling/lead targets.

Requirements :

- BBA/ Any Graduate.
- 1-2 years experience in telecalling / sales / customer service (Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Experience in Architecture / Interior industry.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
