Ticket Sales & Promotions

- Calling potential customers to promote amusement park tickets, family packages, and seasonal offers.
- Informing customers about festivals, special events, and holiday discounts.
- Group & Corporate Bookings
- Generating leads for school trips, corporate outings, birthday parties, and group visits.
- Coordinating with customers for bulk ticket bookings and event arrangements
- Answering calls regarding ticket prices, park timings, rides, safety guidelines, and facilities.
- Providing information about food courts, lockers, parking, and other amenities.
- Follow-ups & Lead Conversion
- Following up with website inquiries and previous visitors.
- Converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Collecting feedback from visitors after their park experience.
- Promoting membership or loyalty programs.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM / ticketing systems)
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Fluency in English and local languages

Pay: ₹8,457.93 - ₹30,521.34 per month
