Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages.
- Take customer orders and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and seating area.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Recommend menu items and answer customer questions.
- Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups.
- Operate coffee machines and grinders properly.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Skills & Requirements :
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Prior café or hospitality experience is a plus.
