Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive with fluent English and Hindi communication skills to join our Bhopal team. You will make outbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and referrals.

Requirements :





- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
