Job Summary

The Call Center Executive is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing patient calls, providing information about hospital services, scheduling appointments, resolving patient queries, and ensuring an excellent patient experience. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Answer patient inquiries and provide accurate information about hospital services
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as required
- Follow up with patients on missed appointments and pending concerns
- Accurately enter and update patient details in the hospital database
- Coordinate with hospital departments to address patient needs and resolve issues
- Ensure a positive patient experience through excellent customer service
- Conduct follow-up calls to check patient satisfaction and close unresolved concerns
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and procedures

Required Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities




- Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
- Patience, empathy, and a patient-centered approach
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of total work experience required
- Minimum 1 year of MS Excel experience required
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience required

- Odia - Required
- Hindi - Required
- Telugu - Required
