We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aviation Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for shaping the next generation of aviation professionals by delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training. Your goal is to ensure students are industry-ready, confident, and fully compliant with safety and service standards. Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery : Conduct engaging classroom and practical sessions on Aviation Basics , Grooming Standards , Safety & First Aid , and Customer Service Excellence .
- Skill Development : Train students in soft skills, including communication, personality development, and interview preparation through mock drills and role-plays .
- Curriculum Management : Design and update training modules to stay current with DGCA (India) or international IATA/ICAO standards.
- Trainee Assessment : Evaluate performance through regular examinations, practical assessments in mock cabins, and constructive feedback sessions.
- Mentorship :



Guide students on career goals and maintain a disciplined, professional learning environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience as Cabin Crew or Ground Staff in a reputed airline.
- Education : Graduate in any discipline (Aviation, Hospitality, or Tourism preferred).
- Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of aircraft systems, safety protocols, and airport operations (Check-in, Baggage Handling, etc.).
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Professionalism : High standards of personal grooming and a passion for mentoring students.

Pay: ₹19,434.29 - ₹39,635.45 per month
