About the Role : Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad is India’s premier cultural examination boards, dedicated to preserving and promoting Indian music, dance, art and culture. We are looking for a skilled and energetic Telecaller executive to join our team and help us expand our digital presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to leads from various sources and convert them into registration process.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain solid lead pipelines.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance regularly.
- Assist in organizing cultural events and maintaining related documentation.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Customer Service / Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication skills (Bengali, Hindi and/or English).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of cultural educations.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Age : 20 - 35 years.
- Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.
