About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Sales Representative to join the I Green team. This role is at the heart of our mission to bridge the gap between plant lovers and skilled gardening services. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their green spaces flourish by connecting them with the right service providers.

Location : Pune, Maharashtra Role Type : Full-time / Field Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Consultation :Actively engage with potential customers to understand their specific gardening needs, from terrace gardening setups to routine maintenance.
- Service Coordination :Act as a bridge between the customer and our network of gardening service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Sales Conversion :Use excellent negotiation and "convincing" skills to convert inquiries into active service bookings and app users.
- Field Engagement :Visit client sites (residential and corporate)



to assess requirements and provide on-the-spot service recommendations.
- Relationship Management :Build long-term trust with both customers and service partners to ensure a high rate of retention and satisfaction.

Requirements and skills

- Mobility :Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid permanent driving license for daily field visits.
- Communication :Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Persuasion Skills :Strong ability to influence customer decisions and handle objections with confidence.
- Gardening Knowledge :A foundational understanding of gardening services, plant care, or horticulture is highly preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills :Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups, from individual homeowners to professional gardeners.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
