- Previous retail or pet industry experience preferred.

Responsibility

- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide expert advice on pet food, accessories, toys, supplements, and care products.
- Recommend suitable products based on pet type, breed, age, and health needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with booking veterinary appointments.
- Guide customers on basic clinic services (vaccinations, check-ups, deworming, etc.).
- Coordinate between clinic staff and customers for smooth service flow.




- Maintain clinic-related product displays (medications, supplements, prescription diets).
- Support administrative tasks when required.
- Help customers schedule grooming and spa appointments.
- Explain grooming packages and services.
- Prepare grooming supplies and ensure grooming area readiness when needed.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and feedback.
- Assist customers with boarding inquiries and reservations.
- Provide explicit information about boarding policies, requirements, and pricing.
- Coordinate pet check-in and check-out procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Process and prepare home delivery orders accurately.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel for timely dispatch.

- Handle follow-ups for delivery issues or delays.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist in receiving and organizing new inventory.
