Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales executive ( Admissions Counselor) to join our dynamic team at Teks Academy. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admission process, offering personalized educational counseling, and contributing to the growth of the academy.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, and career outcomes.
- Assist students in understanding and navigating the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote courses and achieve enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up with leads effectively.




- Participate in student orientation and contribute to building a supportive learning community.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in education and admissions to provide informed guidance.

Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

- Proven ability in sales or student counseling , with a results-driven mindset.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.

- Prior experience in admissions, educational counseling, or a related field is a plus.

- Any Graduate/ Any Post Graduate :

- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
