- Provide technical support for network connectivity and infrastructure-related issues.

- Troubleshoot network problems involving IP addressing, DHCP, routers, and switches.

- Diagnose and resolve issues across OSI Layers 1, 2, and 3.

- Perform basic network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues.

- Configure and verify basic network settings, including IP addresses and DHCP configurations.

- Monitor network connectivity and escalate complex technical issues when required.

- Maintain records of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

- Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and technical support guidelines.





- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to users and team members.

Requirements

Education: Technical Graduates will be preferred.

Experience: Fresher to 18 months above (Relevant Technical Support)

Excellent communication skills
