Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and premiums clearly
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Process policy renewals and assist with claims when needed
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends

Requirements :

- Proven experience in sales (insurance sales experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Robust customer service orientation




- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office)
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Valid insurance license (if required by local regulations)
