Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, career options, and educational programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to student inquiries and admissions.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students for admissions and documentation.
- Maintain student databases and update records regularly.
- Support students throughout the admission and onboarding process.
- Conduct career guidance and counselling sessions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
- Achieve admission and counselling targets.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and educational events when required.

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and counselling skills.




- Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
- Good presentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Master’s degree or certification in counselling/education is an added advantage.

Experience

- 1-2 Years of experience in educational counselling, admissions, telecalling, or customer service is preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
