Role Summary : The Telesales Agent is responsible for making outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups, EMI reminders, customer verification, and service support, while updating all call outcomes accurately in the system.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to customers for EMI reminders, payment follow-ups, and service communication.
- Share payment details/QR codes via WhatsApp or SMS when required.
- Verify customer information and escalate fraud or discrepancy cases to the investigation team.
- Update call remarks, commitments, and outcomes in the system after every call.
- Maintain call quality, compliance,



and qualified conduct at all times.

Eligibility & Skills :

- Minimum 10th pass. 12th pass/Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (regional language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to enter data.
- Ability to use/make updates on excel and google sheets

Working Hours :

- Mon to Sat (930 am to 630 pm)

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
