Guest & Front Desk Management

- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, channel partners, and visitors at the sales experience centre.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team accordingly.
- Maintain a professional and pleasant front-office setting.

Customer Coordination

- Brief clients about the project, amenities, location advantages, and offerings.
- Ensure smooth conduct of site visits and address basic customer queries.

Lead Management

- Conduct follow-ups with clients post site visits to gather feedback.

Sales & Team Support

- Coordinate with internal teams for brochures, pricing details, and inventory updates.
- Support sales events, launches, and promotional activities.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle customer concerns, escalate issues when required, and ensure timely resolutio

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
