Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive - Lead Generation & Walk-in Conversion | Pune

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive with experience in real estate calling to support our Home Furnishing business .

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Calling :

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers .
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing leads .
- Generate qualified sales leads and appointments .

Walk-in Conversion :

- Convert leads into daily showroom walk-ins .
- Achieve daily walk-in generation targets through telecalling.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom .

Customer Interaction :

- Explain company home furnishing products and services .
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain professional communication to build customer interest.

Lead Management :

- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM.




- Update customer interaction details regularly.
- Track daily calling performance and walk-in conversions .

Sales Coordination :

- Share qualified leads with the sales and showroom team .
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer visits and conversions .

Skills & Requirements :

- Experience in Telecalling / Tele Sales , preferably in Real Estate .

- Strong communication and persuasion skills .

- Ability to convert calls into appointments and showroom visits .

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or CRM tools .

- Fluency in Hindi and English .

- Target-oriented and confident personality.
