1. WhatsApp Marketing (High Priority)

- Run broadcast campaigns (AMC reminders, service updates, offers)
- Handle incoming WhatsApp queries professionally
- Coordinate with service team for follow-ups
- Use WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp API tools

- AMC Renewal Calls (Critical)

- Call existing customers before AMC expiry
- Explain AMC benefits clearly and close renewals
- Coordinate payment follow-ups with accounts team
- Maintain call logs and renewal status in CRM

- Campaign Execution

- Plan monthly communication calendar:

- AMC reminders
- Service reminders
- Upgrade offers
- Festival / seasonal campaigns
- Execute campaigns end-to-end (no micromanagement)

1. CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM with call notes and customer status
- Track:

- AMC renewals
- Response rates
- Campaign performance
- Share simple weekly reports

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
