About this Role : What you’ll do : Design and execute test scenarios, test cases and test scripts based on business requirements.

- Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and Regression Testing.
- Identify, log, track and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), quality assurance standards and project delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve solution quality.
- Support API integration testing and partner onboarding activities.
- Contribute to release onboarding and integration processes to ensure smooth deployments.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives through reusable testing approaches and quality-focused practices.
- Assist in reducing implementation effort and rework through effective testing and defect prevention.

Who you are : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, E&TC;, BCA, MCA or a related technical discipline.

- Positive understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Management processes.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
- Good understanding of Unix/Linux fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and quality-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability in changing environments.
- Collaborative team player with effective stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Understanding of telecom business processes would be advantageous.
- ISTQB certification is desirable.
- Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or Go would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, would be advantageous.
- Experience with automation frameworks and testing tools is desirable.
