- Greet customers and guide them through the menu
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure tables and dining area remain clean and organized
- Handle basic customer queries and provide recommendations
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista for smooth service
- Maintain hygiene and service standards at all times
Requirements :
- Prior experience in a café or restaurant is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly personality with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages is a plus
