Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Executive (Field Work) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves regular field visits, customer interaction, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers/clients in assigned areas to build and maintain solid relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service information
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Generate new leads through field activities and referrals




- Maintain accurate customer records and daily visit reports
- Achieve monthly targets related to customer engagement and retention
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery
- Represent the company professionally during field visits

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in field sales/relationship management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned locations
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
