Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall restaurant and lounge operations including service, staff, and guest experience.
- Supervise and lead front-of-house and bar teams to maintain service standards.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Monitor sales performance, daily reports, and operational costs .
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards as per company policies.
- Train, schedule, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and alcohol service regulations .

Requirements :





- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / Unit Head .
- Experience working in lounge, bar, or nightlife hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume operations and guest relations.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and operational reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hospitality or hotel management background preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant/lounge management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
