We are looking for a confident and motivated Relationship Executive who can communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and assist them in choosing suitable matrimony membership plans.

Job Responsibilities

Client Communication

Speak with matrimony clients and understand their partner preferences

Explain available matrimony membership plans and services

Guide clients about suitable plans based on their requirements

Lead Management

Follow up with inquiries and interested clients

Maintain professional communication with families

Build trust and assist clients during the membership process

Membership Support

Help clients understand premium membership services

Support clients in upgrading to suitable membership plans when required

Basic Computer Work

Maintain records of client communication





Update inquiry and follow-up status

Handle basic computer tasks related to client data and communication

Required Skills : Essential Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in speaking with clients and families

Basic computer knowledge

Professional and responsible work approach

Preferred Skills

Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales roles

Experience in banking, insurance, or service-related sales will be an advantage
