Job Mission :

- You will be the financial architect of our scaling phase.
- Your mission is to establish an institutional, Series A-ready financial foundation, ensure rigorous compliance by owning the financial books, and successfully lead the capital raise by engaging and closing UHNIs, Family Offices, and institutional funds.

Key Responsibilities :

- Fundraising & Investor Relations (Primary Focus) : Lead the financial strategy and execution for our Series A funding round. Personally manage relationships and outreach with UHNIs, HNIs, Family Offices, Private Equity (PE) firms, and Fund Houses to secure investment.
- Financial Operations & Compliance : Own the end-to-end management of the company’s financial books (accounting, reporting, and compliance). Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, tax compliance (GST, TDS), and maintenance of robust internal controls required for due diligence.
- Strategic Financial Planning : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Ensure rigorous ROI analysis and capital deployment decisions maximize shareholder value.
- Growth & Unit Economics : Deeply analyze and optimize unit economics (LTV, CAC, Payback) across all verticals (B2C, D2C) with a focus on profit maximization at scale.
- Scaling Systems Architect :



Implement and automate institutional-grade financial systems (ERP, MIS) required to support Series A scale and detailed investor reporting.
- This role requires a unique blend of investor discipline, hands-on accounting rigor, and strategic execution.
- VC/PE or High-Growth Operator Track Record (mandatory) : 5+ years of progressive experience, including significant tenure at a Series A/B funded startup OR as an investor (Analyst/Principal) at a Venture Capital or Growth Equity Fund.
- Fundraising Expertise & Network : Proven experience managing the financial function during and after a successful Series A fundraise. Experience directly engaging with and presenting to a diverse set of investors, including Family Offices and institutional funds.
- Scaling Systems Architect : Proven ability to transition a startup’s finance function from basic bookkeeping to institutional-grade MIS/ERP systems and accounting standards required for Series A scale.
- Financial Acumen & Rigor : Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and structuring transactions. Demonstrated ownership and mastery of managing the internal financial books and compliance environment.
- Industry Fit : Previous experience in consumer tech, D2C, or hyperlocal services is highly preferred.
