The role involves counseling students, understanding their MBA aspirations, and guiding them toward the right course offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact fresh Meta leads (Facebook & Instagram) within 5-10 minutes

- Counsel students about:

- CAT exam preparation strategy

- Course offerings, batches, and pricing

- Demo classes and free trials

- Convert warm and high-intent leads into paid enrollments

- Handle objections related to:

- Fees

- Time commitment

- Comparison with competitors

- Maintain follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM

- Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion targets

- Update lead status and notes accurately in CRM

- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for feedback on lead quality

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
