THE PILLARS OF IMPACT

1. Team Leadership & Development (50%) - Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives. - Optimize team performance to exceed sales targets. - Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies. - Foster a high-velocity sales environment.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution (30%) - Manage and expand US/Americas sales pipelines. - Align sales strategies with company goals and market trends. - Execute data-driven decision-making processes.

3. Market Insights & Innovation (20%) - Analyze enterprise sales trends and develop actionable insights. - Promote innovation in sales techniques and tools.
