Field Executive (B2B SaaS)

Job Type : Full-time (Field-Based) Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 (Fixed) + Incentives Working Days : Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Working) Joining : Immediate

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Executive who will be responsible for on-ground client interactions, meetings, and onboarding support. This is a pure field role , requiring regular travel to client locations and direct engagement with customers.

You will ensure a smooth experience from client meetings to successful onboarding and initial usage.

Key Responsibilities Field Work & Client Meetings (Primary Role)

- Visit client locations regularly for meetings and follow-ups
- Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
- Support the sales team during on-ground discussions and conversions
- Ensure proper coordination, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes

Onboarding & Client Support

- Assist new clients with account setup and initial configuration
- Guide clients through product usage at their location
- Train clients and their teams on key features
- Provide on-ground support for 1-2 weeks to ensure smooth adoption

Coordination & Reporting

- Maintain records of client visits, updates, and follow-ups




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Address basic client queries and ensure engagement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of field visits and client meetings conducted
- Meeting effectiveness and conversion support
- Onboarding completion and time-to-activation
- Client satisfaction during initial onboarding phase
- Follow-up consistency and reporting accuracy

Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in Field Sales / Field Executive / On-ground roles

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

- Comfortable with daily field visits and client interaction :

- Good coordination and follow-up skills

- Ability to explain product features to clients

- Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license
