Role & Responsibilities : Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Interdepartmental Coordination : Acting as the liaison between the sales team, production/factory staff, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and alignment on inventory.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Serving as a primary contact for client inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer databases.
- Sales Support & Documentation : Preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations; updating CRM systems; and tracking sales performance metrics.
- Logistics & Scheduling : Coordinating delivery dates with warehouse/logistics teams and informing clients of shipment statuses or production delays.
- Reporting & Analysis : Generating weekly or monthly sales reports, tracking quotas,



and monitoring inventory levels to ensure sales team efficiency.

Common Qualifications & Skills

- Experience : Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a related administrative role.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and CRM software.
- Soft Skills : Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
