Job Position : Field Sales Officer Work Locations : Rajasthan Jaipur

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive field sales for our Client's, a premium men’s grooming brand. The role involves promoting and selling a wide range of men’s salon and grooming products across salons, retailers, and wholesalers within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit salons, barbershops, cosmetic retailers, and wholesalers in assigned areas to generate sales

- Build and maintain solid relationships with salon owners, hairstylists, and distributors

- Promote Nishman’s range of men’s grooming products, including:

- Hair styling products (waxes, powders, creams, temporary colors)

- Hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, tonics)

- Beard care products (beard oil, wax, grooming kits)

- Skincare products (face wash, scrub, tonic, lotion)

- Shaving range (gel, aftershave, cologne)

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and collection goals

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory

- Ensure proper merchandising and product placement at retail and salon outlets

- Gather market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences





- Maintain daily reports of visits, orders, and follow-ups

Requirements & Skills

- Prior experience in salon sales or professional hair and grooming products is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the men’s grooming industry and salon ecosystem
- Proven track record in field sales and target achievement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively pitch and sell products to salon professionals
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned city
- Basic knowledge of retail distribution and channel sales
- Experience working with men’s grooming, hair styling, or cosmetic brands
- Existing network with salons and barbershops will be an added advantage
- Passion for grooming trends, styling products, and the men’s beauty segment
