Job Summary : We are looking for a energetic Sales Associate to handle property sales, client interactions, and deal closures. The role involves generating leads, conducting site visits, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, and references
- Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
- Conduct site visits and follow-ups to close deals
- Maintain client database and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions
Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and presentable personality
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
