Job Title : Pre-Sales Executive / Field Executive (Field Work Mandatory)

About RentOk : RentOk is a rental-tech SaaS platform for PGs, hostels, and co-living businesses to manage leads, bookings, tenant communication, rent collection, complaints, and marketing campaigns, helping owners automate operations and improve occupancy.

Role Overview : We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for lead qualification, product explanation, and demo coordination. This role requires 80% field work (client visits) and regular interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Explain product features based on client needs
- Schedule and coordinate product demos
- Visit clients in the field and ensure demo attendance
- Maintain CRM records (lead status, follow-ups, notes)
- Coordinate with sales and product teams for smooth handover




- Handle basic objections and keep leads engaged

Requirements :

- 0-1 year experience in pre-sales, inside sales, telecalling, or customer onboarding

- Solid communication skills in English and Hindi

- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups :

- Field work is mandatory (80% client visits in Pune) :

- Basic understanding of CRM tools preferred

- Quick learner with ability to explain product workflows

Preferred Skills :

- Cold calling and lead qualification
- Demo coordination
- CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- B2B or SaaS exposure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
