We are looking for a energetic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide learners in choosing the right courses and support them throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Counsel students on courses, admissions, and career paths
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, leads, and walk-ins
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain CRM and follow up for conversions
- Achieve enrolment targets with quality counselling
Eligibility :
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Experience in EdTech / education counselling / sales is a plus
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
