Role Overview

We are looking for a agile and result-driven Franchise Sales Executive who can drive business expansion by onboarding new franchise partners. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for franchise opportunities (calls, field visits, references)
- Handle inbound & outbound franchise inquiries
- Conduct meetings (virtual + face-to-face) with potential investors
- Explain business model, ROI, and brand value (Chai Nagri & other brands)
- Close franchise deals and achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Target & KPI Focus

- Monthly closures (franchise deals)
- Lead conversion ratio
- Revenue generated
