Role Objective

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Prayagraj campus. You will be the face of the academy, responsible for driving student enrollments, building brand awareness, and establishing strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and local communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

- Identify and reach out to prospective students through field visits, tele-calling, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct seminars and presentations at schools, coaching centers, and colleges to promote healthcare career paths.
- Organize and manage local events, canopy activities, and career fairs to generate high-quality leads.

2. Counseling & Conversions

- Provide detailed career counseling to students and parents regarding our diploma and certificate courses.
- Manage the end-to-end admission process, from the first point of contact to final enrollment.
- Maintain a robust follow-up system to convert prospects into admissions.

3. Strategic Marketing

- Execute local marketing campaigns (BTL activities) including pamphlet distribution, banner placements,



and tie-ups with local influencers.
- Assist in managing the academy’s local social media presence to engage the community.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative enrollment strategies.

4. Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational consultants and local community leaders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in the Education or Healthcare sector is highly preferred).
- Communication : Fluent in Hindi and Local Dialect. Must have excellent presentation skills.

Job Types : Full time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
