Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and initial offers in Zoho CRM :
- Process purchase orders / sales orders and coordinate approvals
- Verify order details such as price, quantity, GST, payment terms, and delivery details
- Follow up with customers for quotations, pending orders, and payments
- Coordinate dispatch planning, freight arrangements, and shipment documentation
- Maintain customer communication and follow-up records in Zoho CRM :
- Coordinate with internal teams including Technical, Accounts, Plant, QA, and Logistics :
- Prepare daily reports and maintain sales / payment / dispatch records
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
