Responsibilities :

- Achieve required conversion ( 70% ) ratio from tele to visit enquiry.
- Engage with leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Effective Tele-Calling.
- Handling CRM.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
- Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers/Letters.
- Respond to public inquiries.

Requirements :

- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly, especially on phone.
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Solid negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
