Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to generate and close leads
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information
Explain pricing, offers, and product benefits clearly
Follow up with customers for payment and order confirmation
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM and update customer database
Build long-term customer relationships
Required Skills : Basic English communication (verbal & written)
Robust telesales and negotiation skills
Lead generation and conversion ability
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Preferred Skills
Experience in International Sales / E-commerce Sales
Experience handling US/UK customers
Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and online seller
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
