Job Overview

Brij & Co. is a leading manufacturer of corporate uniforms, workwear and promotional apparel . We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive who can generate leads, connect with corporate clients, convert enquiries into orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities1️ Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and contact potential corporate clients.
- Generate enquiries for uniforms, T-shirts, caps and workwear.

2️ Sales Conversion

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Share quotations, product options and samples .
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

3️ Client Communication

- Build long-term relationships with corporate customers.

4️ Order Coordination

- Coordinate with merchandising, production and dispatch teams .
- Track order status and keep customers updated.

5️ CRM & Reporting

- Maintain customer database and lead records .
- Prepare daily reports in Excel for leads, follow-ups and conversions.

6️ Customer Satisfaction

- Resolve complaints professionally.




- Ensure smooth experience from enquiry to delivery .

Experience

- 2-5 years in inside sales / tele-sales / sales coordination

Education

- Graduate preferred.

Skills

- Strong communication skills.

- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups .

- Good knowledge of Excel and CRM tools .

- Ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Delhi-based / nearby resident :

- Secure work history (2-3 years per organisation)
