Position: Virtual Sales Representative - Retail Gold and Diamond Industry

Job description : Duties and responsibilities : Manage online sales and strive to meet or exceed sales targets

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner from all channels insta, Facebook, Website etc

Provide product information and deliver product demonstrations to customers virtually.

Perform online demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

Create sales strategies to attract new customers

Monitor online customer feedback and respond to any issues

Assist in the development of sales plans and goals

Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

Analyse sales trends and customer behaviour to adjust strategies as needed

Work closely with the marketing team, to improve sales materials and promote products

Process online orders and payments





Schedule: Day shift

Experience: Online Retail Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Language: English, Hindi

Work Location: In person
