Position : Inside Sales Executive - B2B Retail Relations

Job Summary : The primary goal of this role is to build strong retailer relationships and drive consistent repeat sales.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with retail showroom partners
- Build long-term relationships with store owners and purchasing managers
- Understand retailer stock requirements and product preferences

Order Coordination

- Handle incoming inquiries from retailers
- Share product catalogs, pricing, and promotional offers
- Coordinate order placement with internal teams

Repeat Sales Generation

- Follow up with existing customers for restocking requirements
- Inform retailers about recent designs, collections, and promotions
- Encourage bulk orders during seasonal demand

Customer Support

- Resolve product queries, delivery updates, and order-related issues
- Ensure smooth coordination between retailers and internal operations teams





Sales Tracking

- Maintain records of retailer interactions
- Track order history and potential sales opportunities
- Update CRM or sales tracking sheets regularly

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, retail coordination, or dealer handling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple retailer relationships simultaneously
- Basic understanding of retail operations and inventory requirements
- Good coordination and follow-up skills

Good to Have

- Experience in home decor, furniture, têxtiles, or interior products industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
- Understanding of retail sales cycles and seasonal demand trends
