Work experience and qualification:

- min 2-5 years of experience in sales to institutional clients (Sales through Government Tenders, GEM Portal will prefer).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Job role and responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key institutional clients.




- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, competitors, and market conditions.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Salary :

- Rs,25,000-50,000/- per month (Negotiable)
