Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCA, or related field :

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales concepts

- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Support lead generation and customer outreach activities
- Handle online inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain client data and prepare reports
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets

Training & Confirmation

- First 3 months as Management Trainee (full-time) :

- Performance-based evaluation

- Confirmation as permanent employee based on performance

Skills Required :

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Valuable presentation and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Basic MS Office knowledge
