Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, messages, and regular follow-ups
- Conduct outbound sales activities to acquire new customers
- Manage and track the sales pipeline to ensure steady conversions
- Present products and services clearly, highlighting key features and perks
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
