This is a 100% Commission-Based Field Sales role designed for high-performers who want to earn like an entrepreneur without the overhead costs of a business.

The Earning Math (High Commission Strategy)

We believe in rewarding results. Our commission structure is one of the most aggressive in the industry:

- Average Sale Reward : Selling just 3 Water Purifiers in a month can earn you approximately ₹30,000 .
- Scalability : If you sell 6 units, your income could cross ₹60,000 - ₹70,000 including performance bonuses.
- No Cap : There is no upper limit. Your income is purely determined by your sales volume.

Key Responsibilities

- B2C Field Sales : Conduct direct face-to-face meetings with homeowners and decision-makers.
- Product Demonstrations : Showcase the superior technology and health benefits of Coway Water Purifiers.
- Lead Generation : Proactively find new customers through local networking, canopy activities, and referrals.
- End-to-End Sales :



Manage the customer journey from the first pitch to closing the deal and coordinating installation.
- Market Expansion : Build a robust local presence for the Coway brand in your assigned territory.
