Kargo Nation, a growing logistics company, is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations. The role involves client research, office-based calling, lead follow-ups, and relationship management for Domestic and International logistics services , including Import and Export .

Key Responsibilities :

- Research and identify potential clients requiring Import, Export, and Domestic logistics services :

- Make outbound calls from the office to introduce company services

- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active customers

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service execution





- Minimum Undergraduate qualification

- Experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / B2B Sales preferred

- Freshers are welcome :

- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English :

- Ability to work in a target-based sales workplace .

Salary & Incentives :

- Salary : Starting from ₹10,000 per month
- Attractive monthly incentives based on performance
