2. Overall JD & Role:

- Executing an immaculate sales process from greeting to billing
- High communication and interpersonal skills to ensure new customers are built and maintained
- Maintaining a high morale in the store, serving customer’s needs and providing a high quality sales experience
- All Brand SOPs are followed and maintained daily
- Learning about the brand and it’s product to be able to explain their features and benefits to customers
- Maintaining precise inventory levels within the store and working with departments for timely replenishments
- Maintaining the inventory is displayed within Visual Merchandising standards and is kept clean
- Any snags in the store are immediately escalated to the store manager /asst. store manager




- Ensuring a positive approach to the targets set by management, in order to meet and exceed store targets
- Ensuring best sellers are always in stock and replenished at the earliest
- Generating and maintaining store reports accurately and on time

1. Experience Required:

- 2+ years of experience in retail (preferably with a premium or luxury brand)
- Good communication skills and a pleasant personality

1. Reporting to : Store Manager /Asst. Store Manager

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
