Carry out hands-on field work including cutting, pruning, planting, mulching, and harvesting.

- Execute fertigation and irrigation activities as per crop and orchard requirements.
- Monitor crop growth, plant health, and sapling survival on a regular basis.
- Prepare fields and support orchard development activities such as pit digging and spacing.
- Identify pest, disease, or nutrient issues and take basic corrective action.
- Maintain farm tools, equipment, and irrigation systems in working condition.
- Coordinate daily field activities with labourers and farmers when required.
- Maintain simple records of daily farm work, inputs used, and observations.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the farm area.

Requirements/skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture or a related field.
- Willing to relocate.
- Proficiency in conducting field trials, data analysis, and experimental design.
- Knowledge of government subsidies

- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and work efficiently with mínimal supervision; detailed oriented.
- Proven experience in farm management and crop production (preferred)
- Robust understanding of agronomic practices and soil science.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and manage physical tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
