- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US & Canada market.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of recent experience in sales.
- Experience working with customers in the US & Canada market is mandatory.
- Strong outbound calling and inbound sales handling experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Good understanding of lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
