Salary : Rs 20,000 - Rs 50,000 per month (depending on experience, performance, and revenue generation)

Experience Required : Minimum 2-3 years

Working Hours : 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Night Shift)

Breaks : 1-hour lunch break + two 15-minute breaks

Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential clients and generate leads
- Follow up with inbound inquiries and prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with businesses, brands, and organizations
- Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities
- Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and business growth
- Help increase company visibility, client acquisition, and revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand services and client requirements
- Assist with networking, outreach campaigns,



and business communications

Requirements :

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing, or a related field
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with client outreach, lead generation, and business development
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
- Confidence in networking and relationship building
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
