Job description: We are urgently hiring for Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service offerings
- Build and maintain positive relationships through professional communication
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in the system
- Follow up on leads and ensure conversion opportunities are maximized
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets assigned by the team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Requirements :

- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO (domestic process preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling systems
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
- Positive attitude and good convincing skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
